And now for today's project!!!  I made these Adorable christmas ornaments using CTMH dimensional eliments ornaments and Mistletoe Paper.  I sponged ink onto the elements using Tulip and Olive CTMH stamp pads and then embellished with Mistletoe Accessories and Ribbon rounds :)  These are fun to make and I like to do a new one of a favorite photo every year :)  If you like items from this Mistle toe collection you can find them HERE !!  But you better hurry because after July they will be gone forever!!!!

This 2 page layout is called The Torn Santa :)  That's right....Torn...........this layout is so easy to do.  You are basically ripping the paper into the desired shapes to get Santa's Belly and his beard............It is so simple to do and takes no time at all.....................


I made mine with paper from the Close To My Heart Everlasting collection........and you can visit my website to find similar paper HERE.

Scrapbooking Train!!!

Ok Friends for fun we are doing a scrappers train!  We will start out with a box of goodies and send it to the people who have signed up...............when it comes to you -- take out what you want....if you take out 5 items put 5 of your items back :)  If you take out 10 Items...put 10 of yours back and so on and so fourth!  This really should be  alot of fun and will give everyone a chance to get some fresh new stuff!!!

Digital Scrapbooking with Studio J :)

I have to admit.....normally I am strictly old school! LOL  I prefer to bulk up my layouts with more traditional embellishments thus making my completed album weigh in at about 50 pounds!  Who wouldn't love this right?

But this month Close to my Heart is doing a Studio J Free for all during the entire month of June........So I thought to myself....since its FREE what better time to try it out then right now? 

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Studio J......it is a digital scrapbooking online software from Close to my Heart and you can try it at my Little Scrap Corner.

So today I am posting my completed Studio J Project :)

It's free to try it out anytime but this month only EVERYONE Who tries it gets a free JPG file of their layout :)  So if you haven't dabbled in digital now is the perfect time!

Now one great thing I found was it was surprisingly fast to creat my layout....much faster then the traditional way...however the downside was that I didn't really feel like I was scrapbooking.  But it looks great and the best part was that I had access to ALL of the wonderful papers and embellishments that Close to my Heart offers in their traditional methods!  Except with Studio J I also had access to some of my favorite papers that had already retired!  That was awsome!

Now for todays project I did a two page scrapbook layout feature baseball!  What represents summer more then baseball?  This Layout is called All Stars Baseball and I used paper from the Game On Collection from Close to my Heart along with some Game On Stickease for embellishments.  You can find items like these on my website AT CTMH.  Or earn free products like these by having a book party!!!  Ask me about the details!  To See these pages larger and in greater detail just click on the image!

Also I have some great News!  CTMH is doing a campaign right now for the Month of June that is designed to help all of the tornado victims in the Midwest.......this campaign is VERY close to my heart (excuse the pun! LOL) because I am from Missouri and as you all know Joplin was hit by these storms very hard!  The Campaign is called “You & Me: Stronger Together” Storm Survivor Benefit Campaign and during the month of June while supplies last you can order the exclusive YOU and ME scrap booking kit which comes with papers, stamps, ribbon, and chipboard elements for $15.00 (Reg $34.00). This is an amazing Deal!  But that's not the best part!  The best part is for every kit sold a portion of the proceeds are going to the American Red Cross 2011 Floods and Tornadoes relief operations.  Awesome!  So if you want to take part in this Amazing Campaign let me know!  Remember limited supply and limited time......when they are gone they are gone!

My project for today was a lot of fun for me to make!!  It is a scrapbook page that is titled Surf's UP and is designed for a parade that my little boy was in. 

I used paper from the Moon Doggie Collection from Close to my heart.  I then embellished with some eyelets and some yellow embroidery thread!  I used my cricut to cut out all the letters and a circle cutter for all of the circles.  Lightly stamping the sun images using blue ink from CTMH and CTMH stamps!  You can find items like these on my website AT CTMH.  Or earn free products like these by having a book party!!!  Ask me about the details!  To See this page larger and in greater detail just click on it! :)
